UI Access:
Download and unzip package FlashMenu.zip. XML Flash Menu is distributed as a Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, 8, MX extension, packed as a file named flashmenu.mxp. To install it, you just need to execute that file or use the Adobe Extension Manager. Once installed, the extension XML Flash Menu can be accessed - after restarting Dreamweaver - through the menu option "Insert -> Media -> Flash Menu" or "Commands -> Flash Menu".
